1. How do I know if the goods I would like to order are in stock?

With one of the largest selections of sunglasses on the Gulf Coast we very rarely experience shortages in stock. However, if we are out of what you want we will automatically place your item on back order and ship it to you the second we get it in. You can cancel or amend your order at anytime until a confirmation email has been sent to you to advise that your order has been shipped.

2. How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order you must contact Gotta Hav' Shades at 727.522.8423. We will be able to help you with cancellation unless your order has already been shipped.

Gottahavshades.com accepts returns from customers as long as we receive them within 30 days in good condition.

Yes! International shipping is available.

6. How soon will I receive my order?

Subject to availability of stock, we ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order. They are shipped by the US Postal Service. Unless otherwise stated. Delivery normally takes between 5-7 days but may be quicker.
